Return & Exchange Policy

At Urban Lilac, every collection is produced in limited quantities. To ensure every customer receives a brand-new, unworn garment, we kindly ask that all return requests meet the following requirements.

30 Day Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or stains
• Have all original tags attached
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Show no signs of wear or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we'll gladly send a replacement or provide another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Need a different size or color?

No problem! Exchanges are available within 30 days as long as the item meets our return eligibility requirements and inventory is available.
