You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in perfect condition with no damage or excessive wear, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are welcome to use any carrier you prefer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, and the customer is responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once received, your replacement will be sent out promptly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or a short video so we can quickly assess the issue. In cases of defects or shipping damage, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, items that show signs of wear, use, or damage not caused by manufacturing cannot be accepted.
